General Manager. Born in 1997 in Zimbabwe and graduated from Vatel International Business School for Hotel and Tourism Management Switzerland. Ms. Chingore is responsible for planning and coordinating while managing all the operations of Cosmopolis Hotel: Phillipa maintains her professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops. She believes that together with her superb team of employees, they will not only make Cosmopolis a success but a Hotel that will be talked about for many years to come. Her previous working experience include Floor Supervisor at Alpha Palmiers Hotel as well as in Agora Swiss Night Hotel in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Sales and Marketing Manager. Born in 1996 in France and graduated from Vatel International Business School for Hotel and Tourism Management Switzerland; Dimitri had the opportunity to live across three continents and five countries from the beginning of his childhood. Mr. Guillotin is in charge of the Sales, Marketing, Promotion and the Community activities of Cosmopolis Hotel. Thanks to his various positions held as a Concierge, at the St Regis Bora Bora and as a Chef de Rang at the Grand Hotel du Lac in Vevey Switzerland, Dimitri had the opportunity to live across different cultures and understands them cautiously by adapting his Marketing strategies carefully to the right market and thus, targeting the right customers to our 4-star Hotel in New York.
Financial Manager. Born in 1997 in Ticino, Switzerland, Cristina graduated Vatel International Business School for Hotel and Tourism Management Switzerland. She in charge of the Finance department at Cosmopolis Hotel. With a strong commitment to numbers, she is devoted to maintain the financial health of our organization while communicating with various departments, discussing company plans and agreeing with the General Manager on future path to be taken. Her previous professional experiences are varied thanks to her sense of travel. She worked for the Swiss Railway Company CFF as a ticket control and seller; as a Chef de Rang at the Schweizerhof Hotel in Lucerne, and finally as an Assistante Gouvernante for Radisson Red in Brussels.
Human Resources Manager. Born in 1996 in China and graduated from Vatel International Business School for Hotel and Tourism Management Switzerland. Ms. Tian is responsible for coordinating, training and conducting new hiring orientation programs, assist in all activities concerning the staff recruitment, taking care of the employees and be able to efficiently communicate with the staffs from Cosmopolis hotel in New York. Her previous experience includes working as a Chef de Rang at the Urban Korean Restaurant in Geneva, Switzerland.
